Tickets

  1. I lost my ticket.

    Log into your account, click on 'My profile > History and overview', select your ticket and print it out.

  2. Can I print out my ticket again?

    Yes, you can print out your ticket again.

    Go to the ECA webshop Log into your account, click on 'My profile > History and overview', select your ticket and print it out.Beware. Only the first ticket presented at the entrance will be accepted as the original one. Every other ticket will be considered a copy and will be refused.

  3. Can I sell my ticket?

    No. Only the visitor of the booking site who completes the purchase is legally bound to pay and will be considered the only buyer, even if tickets are bought for third parties. Tickets may not be resold or given away for free to commercial relations.

  4. Are tickets refundable when I can't attend the event?

    No, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  5. I want to purchase a ticket for a wheelchair-user.

    The Elisabeth center welcomes weelchair-users. Please let us know on tickets@elisabethcenter.be or 070/79 00 13 when you are coming and our team will assist you to your easily accessible position.

  6. How can I buy tickets?

    • get it daily from the shop at the Antwerp ZOO or Planckendael
    • by phone (from Belgium: 070/79.00.13 (max €0.30/min) from outside Belgium: +32 3 224.89.10)
    • order your tickets online
