Following the previously announced tour through cultural centres, Hooverphonic will now also head to larger theatre venues in 2026 and 2027 for a new series of special concerts. The theatre tour will bring them to the Queen Elisabeth Hall in Antwerp on 13 September 2026.
The tour will open at the Queen Elisabeth Hall in Antwerp, a venue that holds a special place in HOOVERPHONIC’s history. In 2012, the band performed there with Noémie Wolfs during one of the most iconic moments of their career, a concert still regarded today as a milestone of their era with Noémie as frontwoman — whose iconic interpretation of “Mad About You” still remains one of the most memorable moments in the band’s history. Fourteen years later, HOOVERPHONIC returns to this venue: a symbolic throwback at that career highlight, while simultaneously marking the beginning of a new chapter, with Noémie once again as the band’s lead voice.
With this theatre tour, HOOVERPHONIC deliberately chooses a grand live experience. The larger theatre venues create the ideal setting for symphonically arranged performances, allowing the band’s cinematic and layered sound to resonate even more fully. During this tour, HOOVERPHONIC will perform both their greatest classics and hidden gems, reimagined in elaborate arrangements accompanied by a live orchestra. The result is an immersive total experience where intimacy and grandeur go hand in hand.
Don’t miss Hooverphonic’s theatre tour with Noémie Wolfs and orchestra: on 13 September 2026 at the Queen Elisabeth Hall in Antwerp.
