Practical information

Accessibility

Wheelchair users

Wheelchair users are most welcome in the Queen Elisabeth Hall. Wheelchair spaces are available in the concert hall. Inform us via tickets@elisabethcenter.be that you are a wheelchair user and our team will allocate you easily accessible seats.

The entire building is wheelchair-friendly. This means that all rooms are accessible via lifts or ramp slopes. The control panel in the lift is adapted to wheelchair height. In the Atrium, underneath the Queen Elisabeth Hall, there are three accessible toilets. Free wheelchairs are available upon request.

Hearing impaired

The hall itself has a hearing loop for the hearing impaired. Hearing impaired people with a hearing aid can listen to the sound in the concert hall without annoying ambient noise. By setting the hearing aid to the T-position, the listener can use the telecoil.
